We have  intensified  our  efforts  in  environmental  law  enforcement  and  oversight. Yancheng  Municipal  Government  has  enhanced  its environmental administration and law enforcement coordination, committed to the rigorous investigation and punishment of activities detrimental to the heritage site's ecological environment. By leveraging the capabilities of the Yellow Sea Wetlands Environmental Resource Court and the Yellow Sea-Bohai Gulf Wetland Prosecution and Protection Union, a synergistic mechanism has been instituted for the conservation of the Yellow Sea Wetlands. This ensures that illegal activities, such as encroachments and destruction of the wetlands, are duly addressed and penalized as per the law.
