Currently, Yancheng has convenient external transportation, including air, train, automobile and other means of transportation. Yancheng Nanyang International Airport currently has direct international flights to Seoul, South Korea, and direct domestic flights to Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei, Guangzhou, Kunming and Nantong. In addition to trains, Yancheng has also entered the era of high-speed rail in recent years, connecting to cities within the province such as Nanjing, Nantong, Taizhou, and Huai’an; and cities outside the province such as Beijing, Qingdao, Shanghai, Lanzhou, Chengdu, and Xi’an.

Self-driving route:
Jiangsu Yancheng Wetland Rare Birds National Nature Reserve
1. Nanjing direction: Taizhou Diaopu Exit → Ningjingyan Expressway → Yancheng North Exit → Turn left and drive along S331 to Danhe Line → Red-crowned Crane Reserve. 2. Shanghai direction: Sutong Bridge → Yanhai Expressway → Yancheng Nanyang Exit → Turn left and drive along Highway S331 to Danhe Line → Red-crowned Crane Reserve.
Jiangsu Dafeng Elk National Nature Reserve
1. Nanjing direction: Taizhou Diaopu Exit → Ningjingyan Expressway → Gaoxingdong Exit → Dongtai → Drive along the ramp for 316 meters → Dongdun Highway → Turn left into Touzao direction → Turn left into S333 (see the scenic spot sign 43 km) → Drive forward along S333 for 30 kilometers (see the scenic spot sign) → Pass the “Huashe Town” gas station billboard → Turn left and drive for 10 kilometers → Pass Chuandong Farm for about 2 kilometers and turn right → Zhonghua Elk Garden. 2. Shanghai direction: Sutong Bridge → Yanhai Expressway → Dongtai Exit → Drive along the ramp for 316 meters → Dongdun Highway → Turn left into Touzao direction → Turn left into S333 (see the scenic spot sign 43 km) → Drive forward along S333 for about 30 kilometers (see the scenic spot sign) → Pass the “Huashe Town” gas station billboard → Turn left and drive for 10 kilometers → Pass Chuandong Farm for about 2 kilometers and turn right → Zhonghua Elk Garden. Dongtai Tiaozini Municipal Wetland Park
1. Dongtai downtown direction: → G15 Shenhai Expressway → Drive 42 kilometers on Provincial Road 352 →Turn left into an unnamed road and drive about 400 meters → Turn right and drive 4.5 kilometers on Haiti Highway → Arrive at Dongtai Tiaozini Wetland. 2. Shanghai direction: → G40 Shanghai-Xi’an Expressway → S28 Qiyang Expressway → Drive 18 kilometers north on Provincial Road 225 → Turn into Linhai Highway and drive 22 kilometers → Turn right forward into Provincial Road 352 and drive 640 meters → Turn left into an unnamed road and drive about 400 meters → Turn right and drive 4.5 kilometers on Haiti Highway → Arrive at Dongtai Tiaozini Wetland. 3. Nanjing direction: → G42 Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway → Taizhen Expressway → Shanghai-Xi’an Expressway → Qiyang Expressway → G15 Shenhai Expressway (towards Yancheng and Lianyungang) → South Shenzao Toll Station Exit → G328 National Highway → Drive 33 kilometers and turn left into Linhai Highway → Drive 18 kilometers and turn right forward into Provincial Highway 352 → Drive 42 kilometers and turn left into an unnamed road → Drive 407 meters into Dongtai Haiti → Drive 4.5 kilometers straight to Dongtai Tiaozini wetland. 4. Suzhou direction: → G1533 Changtai Expressway → G15 Shenhai Expressway (towards Yancheng and Lianyungang) → South Shenzao Toll Station Exit → S352 Provincial Highway (to the east) → Drive 42 kilometers and turn left into an unnamed road → Drive 407 meters into Dongtai Haiti → Drive 4.5 kilometers straight to Dongtai Tiaozini wetland. 5. Wuxi direction: → G2 Beijing-Shanghai Expressway → Yanjing Expressway → Qiyang Expressway → G15 Shenhai Expressway (towards Yancheng and Lianyungang) → South Shenzao Toll Station Exit → S352 Provincial Highway (to the east) → Drive 42 kilometers and turn left into an unnamed road → Drive 407 meters into Dongtai Haiti → Drive 4.5 kilometers straight to Dongtai Tiaozini wetland.
