We have adopted the fundamental principles of Nature-based Solutions (NbS) to offer technical assistance for the preservation of Yancheng wetlands and bird habitats within the heritage site, execution of ecological restoration projects, and the transformation of ecological products' value.

Research Focus:

1   Compile data on the types and areas of wetland restoration, measure their implementation impacts, and intensify monitoring and assessment of restoration outcomes.

2   Periodically study techniques related to wetland ecological restoration and establish standards for assessing ecosystem health.

3   Develop bird-friendly agricultural and fishery sectors, fostering trade and collaboration within the Pan-Yellow Sea Eco-economic Circle.

4   Investigate sustainable tourism's spatial planning, structure, and management.

5   Draft annual monitoring and evaluation reports.
