The dialogue mechanism established through the Yellow Sea-Bohai GulfWetland International Conference has now successfully evolved into the World Coastal Forum. This forum is a collaborative effort initiated and organized by four major international organizations: Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), Ramsar Convention on Wetlands, Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS), and International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), in partnership with China. Its primary objective is to foster an international platform for dialogue and cooperation in global coastal protection endeavors.
