On February 1, 2024, the Yancheng Wetland and Natural World Heritage Conservation and Management Center released the “Yancheng Wetland Protection Annual Report 2023”. This report details various wetland protection activities carried out by Yancheng in 2023, including the formulation and implementation of new protection policies, wetland publicity and educational activities, and the advancement of wetland restoration projects. Simultaneously, the report is compiled based on the monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of the wetland water environment and bird diversity in Yancheng, forming the “Yancheng Wetland Protection Annual Report 2023”. It aims to serve as a reference for governments at all levels and relevant departments in wetland management and protection, ecological restoration, and science education and outreach.
