Research on Cooperation Mechanism of Green "One Belt One Road"

Relying on the “Belt and Road” mechanism, we are committed to continuing to promote international cooperation with cities along the route in areas such as beach wetland protection, green ecological management, and wetland tourism city construction.

The Yellow Sea Eco-regional cooperation will give play to the influence and supporting role of platforms such as the China-South Korea (Yancheng) Industrial Park and Binhai Port Industrial Park, and try to explore international cooperation across the Yellow (Bo) Sea in the ecological economy within the framework of the “Belt and Road” cooperation, from agriculture and fishery resources. Symbiosis and sharing sustainable development and utilization, migratory bird protection, coastline ecological safety cooperation, etc., fill the gaps in the Yellow Sea regional cooperation agenda with ecological issues, expand the cooperation space of the "Belt and Road", and promote new regional cooperation, business exchanges, and non-governmental interactions. model.

  • The Yellow   (Bo) Sea Migratory Bird Habitat Application Area Reserve Alliance established the Yellow (Bo) Sea Migratory Bird Habitat Application Area Reserve Alliance, aiming to establish a cross-regional and inter-institutional Yellow (Bohai) Sea Migratory Bird Habitat application area protection area linkage For the protection mechanism, the member units of the alliance will strengthen innovative practices in the protection, restoration and management of nature reserves in the collaborative area, and provide an innovative model for the protection and rational use of global coastal wetlands and biodiversity.

Ecological Economic Circle around the Yellow Sea

The Yellow Sea Economic Circle has a common marine ecosystem, good geopolitical advantages, a good foundation for open cooperation, complementary industrial development advantages, and developed interconnection conditions.

The Yellow Sea Ecological Economic Circle merges with the Yangtze River Economic Zone and the Yangtze River Delta to the south, the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Bohai Economic Circle, and the full-scale revitalization of the Northeast will be linked to the north, and the Huaihe Eco-economic Belt will be developed to the west, and then the rise of the central region will be connected. Strategy to deepen China-South Korea, China-North Korea, and all-round city-wide open cooperation in the east. In view of such an important strategic key area, Yancheng strives to build a global ecological protection demonstration area, a marine economy leading area, an innovative development cluster area, and a new highland for open cooperation.

The key points of cooperation in the Yellow Sea Ecological Economic Circle include:

o Build an ecological collaborative protection system

o Build a regional green economy layout

o Building a modern three-dimensional infrastructure network

o Build a normalized communication and interaction mechanism

o Build a good platform for open cooperation
